Brake Pad Washing Machine - Ultramax Hydrojet Pvt Ltd - Manufacturer In Industrial Cleaning System Systems

The Brake pad washing machine is designed for cleaning of brake pad parts with front & rear parts by Conveyorized Type model.

Here there will be 2 stations one is loading station where the parts will be manually loaded continuously. Once the parts are placed in the conveyor loading station the component starts to travel & the process will be carried out one by one such as Alkaline spray Washing, Rinsing & Hot Air blowing. The conveyor speed will be designed based on the productivity of parts per hour.

During the Washing process spray washing will be done through nozzles & High pressure pump to cover the entire component surface & next to washing chamber then DM Water Rinsing will be done to remove the alkaline presence present on the parts., After Rinsing then Hot air blowing will be done to remove the excess water particles & spillages over the parts.,

With respect to completion of all these above process the component moves to unloading station. The parts has to be unloaded manually & to be moved for further process.
